    Construction

    Daily field leadership, weekly owner reporting, RFI/submittal discipline, QA/QC, and schedule and cost controls.

  4. 04

    Closeout & Warranty

    Punch, commissioning, training, O&M turnover, and a structured 11-month warranty walk.

We selectively self-perform carpentry and general conditions to protect schedule on critical-path activities. Most trade work is competitively bid to our prequalified subcontractor base.
