Walker Co executes TI projects across DFW office towers, mixed-use developments, retail centers, and medical office buildings.

We handle landlord coordination, after-hours work, freight elevator scheduling, dust and noise controls, and ICRA-compliant infection control where required. Our superintendents come from owner-side and tower-tenant environments, so they understand how to run a job that respects neighboring tenants and the building's operations team..
